Lorenzo began work at Robertson Banking Company as a teller following college before transitioning to a Management Trainee in 2014. As a Management Trainee he is currently involved in credit analysis, customer service, loan training, and business development.
Lorenzo is a Demopolis native and 2008 graduate of the University of Alabama. He earned a degree in Finance and was a Dean’s List student. While attending college he worked in the Department of Finance and Economics and served as an Intern with Morgan Keegan.
His hobbies include playing basketball, traveling, reading, and jogging.
Assistant Vice President – Credit Analyst
In 2012, Kathleen joined Robertson Banking Company as a Credit Analyst. She is responsible for analyzing, summarizing, and managing the Bank client's financial statements and tax returns for presentation to our lenders and loan committee members. She assists loan officers with business development and management of commercial customer relationships.
Kathleen earned an Accounting degree with a minor in Computer Applications and Technology from the University of Alabama. After graduation she worked in public accounting in Birmingham and gained experience in individual and business tax preparation and bookkeeping for commercial clients. She later worked at BBVA Compass in Birmingham as an Accounting Officer.
Kathleen's community involvement includes Leadership Marengo, volunteering for the Rise Center in Tuscaloosa, and the Shamrock 5K Run for the prevention of child abuse. Other past civic service has been with the March of Dimes, Tide Teammates, and Kappa Delta Sorority.
Kathleen enjoys running, tennis, golf, and shopping.
Vice President – Retail Banking Manager
In 2008, Becky joined Robertson Banking Company as Vice President and Retail Banking Manager. She is experienced in bank products and services, branch operations management, and serves as a Business Development Calling Officer. Prior to joining Robertson Banking Company, Becky worked at Cadence Bank as a Business Development Officer calling on commercial accounts using bank deposit services.
Becky earned an Associate's Degree in Banking from Shelton State Community College in 1994.
Her past civic involvement includes serving as co-chair for the ALS Alabama Chapter annual walk, which raises funds to fight Lou Gehrig's disease. She is a graduate from Leadership Tuscaloosa and a former Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. She served as treasurer of the Financial Institutions of Tuscaloosa County organization, and as an Adopt-A-School coordinator.
Becky and her husband Billy have two children, Trent and Jackson. The family is highly involved in youth baseball. They attend Carroll's Creek Baptist Church where Becky is a Sunday School teacher.
