William Gary Holemon
President and CEO of Robertson Banking Company
In 1994, Gary joined Robertson Banking Company as a commercial lender. He is the Bank’s President and CEO. He is also a member of the Board of Directors, and a shareholder. Prior to joining Robertson Banking Company, Gary worked with SouthTrust Bank in a variety of lending and management positions.
Gary graduated from the University of Alabama with a concentration in Finance and Bank Administration. He completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending at Vanderbilt.
His public service includes his appointment as President of the Alabama Multifamily Loan Consortium, a not-for-profit corporation providing affordable housing financing for low- income families, seniors, and the disabled throughout Alabama.
Gary has served with the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Christmas on the River Board, Chamber of Commerce Board, Boy Scouts of America District Chairman, and the Demopolis City School Board. Gary is a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Gary and his wife Janice have two sons; William "Bill", and Wesley.
Peter Michael Reynolds
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Pete began working at Robertson Banking Company in 1994, as a management trainee. He gained experience in a variety of banking roles, including agricultural and commercial real estate lending, investments, and operations. Pete is the Bank’s Executive Vice President and is responsible for managing the Bank’s investment portfolio. He serves the Loan Committee and the Asset Liability Committee. He is a member of the Bank’s Executive Management and is a shareholder. Prior to joining Robertson Banking Company, Pete worked in Sioux City, Iowa, with Cargil, the world’s largest private agricultural company, as a commodity manager.
Pete earned a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Cornell University in 1992. He completed the Graduate School of Investments and Financial Management at the University of South Carolina in 2000.
Pete is a member of the Demopolis City School Foundation Board of Directors. He has previously served as Chairman of the Alabama Bankers Association Funds Management Committee, member of the Marengo County Historical Society, and member of the American Cancer Society.
Pete and his wife Aimee have three children, Michael, Conner, and Anne. He is a member of St Leo’s Catholic Church and serves as a member of the Church Financial Council. Pete and Aimee own Reynolds Ranch and enjoying travelling and spending time outdoors.
Senior Vice President and I.T./Operations
Lee began his career at Planters Bank and Trust Company and became a part of the Robertson Banking Company family when the banks merged in 1999. Lee’s experience spans many areas of banking including Lending, Branch Management, IT, and Operations. He is currently Senior Vice President and is responsible for I.T. and Operations of the bank. Lee serves on the IT Committee, is a member of the Bank’s Senior Management team, and is Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Lee earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from Auburn University in 1996. He completed the Graduate School of Investments at Vanderbilt University in 1997, and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU in 2001.
Lee is a current member of the Industrial Development Board of Demopolis, Demopolis Youth Baseball Board, Demopolis Area Business Council, and is a Past Rotary President.
Lee and his wife Kathy have two children, Trey and Jack. They are active members of First United Methodist Church of Demopolis where Lee is the Finance Chairman. Lee and Kathy enjoy spending time on the baseball field and golf course with their boys and love traveling as a family.
Senior Vice President and Human Resources Officer
In 2005, Katie joined Robertson Banking Company as the Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for staffing, payroll, and benefits for the bank.
Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Auburn University in 2000. After graduating, she worked for SouthTrust Bank as a Recruiter in their retail banking division.
Katie is an active member of the Demopolis Rotary Club where she served as President from 2015 to 2016 and was named Rotarian of the Year in 2012. She has served on the Demopolis Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where she served as Chairman of the Board in 2011.
Katie and her husband Corey have two children, Brady and Alex. They are active members of the First United Methodist Church in Demopolis where she leads the 3-4 year old Cherub Choir.
