Telephone Banking

You can bank with us 24 hours a day

InTouch Banking is your connection to Robertson Banking Company, giving you immediate access to the information you need most often, 24 hours a day. With InTouch Banking you can quickly and easily:

• Make account balance inquiries.
• Determine previous transactions on your account.
• Verify social security deposits as well as other electronic transactions.
• Check CD and Money Market rates.
• Verify interest paid and earned information during tax time.

Using InTouch Banking

Before using InTouch Banking, make sure you have your account number(s) handy. It appears at the top right corner of your statement or the bottom of your check. Also, have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available. (The first time you call, your PIN will be the full 9 digits of the social security number of the first person listed on your account. You will then be instructed to change your PIN to a new number that only you know.)

1. Call 289-BANK (2265) (1-888-627-3161 if long distance) from any touch-tone phone.
2. Wait for the greeting then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. You will be offered a series of main menu selections, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone

Bounce Protection

What is Bounce ProtectionSM?

Bounce ProtectionSM is an overdraft privilege service requiring no action on your part. You don't have to sign anything. Your Bounce Protection limit amount will be automatically assigned.

How does Bounce Protection work?*

As long as you maintain your account in good standing, Robertson Banking Company may honor overdrafts up to the Bounce Protection limit on your account. Whether your overdraft will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or you are not making regular deposits, or have too many overdrafts. To ensure you don't exceed your limit if you use Bounce Protection, please note that the amount of the overdraft plus our standard NSF fee of $29 for each item will be deducted from your overdraft limit. No interest will be charged on the overdraft balance.

What does my Bounce Protection privilege cost?

There is no additional cost associated with this privilege unless you use it. You will be charged our standard NSF fee of $29 for each item created by check or through inperson, withdrawals, ATM withdrawals or other electronic means paid under the limit. (For example, three paid items in one day will result in $87 in NSF fees.)

How soon can I use my Bounce Protection?

If you are a new account holder, you will be able to use the overdraft privilege service 30 days after the account is opened.

Notary Services

Notary Service is available at no charge at Robertson Banking Company. It does help to call in advance to be certain an authorized notary is in the building to service your needs.

Travelers Checks

Robertson Banking Company can provide American Express Travelers Checks at any location. You can get the checks on demand when you need them by visiting in person.

Wire Transfers

Domestic and International wire services are available. Please consult our fee schedule for charges to your account.

Incoming wires are accepted into your account at no charge.
