What is NetTeller?

NetTeller is Robertson Banking Company's Internet banking service which allows customers secure and convenient access to their accounts using the Internet anytime of the day, any day of the year. Some of the functions available with NetTeller are:

  • Access and print information on all accounts including loans.
  • Review and print transactions and statements.
  • Confirm deposits, withdrawals, and checks cleared.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • View images of checks and deposits.
  • Download transactions to the leading financial management programs or spreadsheet programs.

What do I need to access NetTeller?

You will need a connection to the Internet and a Web Browser capable of 128 bit encryption. You also need accounts with Robertson Banking Company and an assigned user ID and PIN.

How much does NetTeller cost?

NetTeller is free to all Robertson Banking Company customers.  Our Bill Pay service is $4.99 per month.

What happens if I forget my NetTeller PIN?

You are allowed 3 attempts to enter you PIN.  If unsuccessful after the 3rd attempt, you will be locked out of NetTeller.  Immediate access may be regained by calling Robertson Banking Company during regular business hours.

Is the information on NetTeller timely and accurate?

Yes. All information and transactions conducted during normal business hours are handled "real time".

What happens if I don't log off the system?

After 10 minutes of inactivity, NetTeller will automatically log you off.

What do I do if I can't get a login screen?

Generally, the best action is to remain patient. Wait for a few minutes and try again. At certain periods of the day, Internet traffic is very busy and can cause a page request to time-out. You may also try to access other web sites to ensure that your Internet Service Provider is not suffering an interruption.

When will my NetTeller transfers show in my account?

NetTeller transfers made Monday through Friday before 5:00 p.m. will show in your account immediately, but will not be available on the ATM or Checkcard network until the following business day. NetTeller transfers made on Saturday should be made before 2:00 p.m. All NetTeller transfers made on Sunday, a bank holiday, or after our cutoff times will be processed one (1) business day later.

What if I get an error message?

Please make a note of the message with the error number and the time. Call the bank and we will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
